2022 Estate Chassleas Doré

An extremely limited vintage, our Chasselas Doré is a Finn Hill Vineyard estate grape from the only living half acre of vines that have survived from our initial vineyard planting in 1980.

This Swiss-Austrian varietal is a delicate, dry white wine with a distinctive floral aroma that smells like an alpine meadow, fresh and full of wildflowers. Dry and balanced with delicate fresh flavors makes it a joy to drink. The 2022 vintage greets you with a fresh bouquet of honeycomb and honeysuckle, with a whisper of peach and nectarine on the palate. With a mouth feel evocative of golden elixir, the spectacular finish will leave you daydreaming of how the earth smells right after the first spring rain.

Serve slightly cooler than room temperature but be sure not to chill for too long. Enjoy now through 2025.
