The final white wine to be released from our 2019 vintage, our 100% Estate Chardonnay features a drier presentation, with just a hint of creaminess and notes of lemon zest and green apple. Aged in 100% neutral oak, the complex minerality of this wine melds beautifully with a mouth watering acidity and sumptuous mouth feel. It holds in perfect tension a buttoned up, demure presentation with a racy and energetic finish.
