Details: This is a semi-formal, 7 course and 8 wine dinner that focuses on the nuances and beauty of food and wine pairing. Because these courses are perfected over of many months, we are unable to accommodate food allergies or preferences. We ask that guests refrain from perfume and cologne for this event. Doors open and the appetizer will be served promptly at 6:30pm. Please do not arrive in advance of 6:30 as we will be in final preparations for this wonderful event.
